Q• How Can I use it?
A• It can be consumed by taking 1-3TBS per day or adding it to foods and drinks, smoothies or Teas. It Can also be used in a variety of soups, oatmeals, yogurt and healthy dishes. Sea Moss Gel can also be used on your skin, you can apply it as a face mask and in your hair as a deep conditioner.
Q•Do the fruit-infused Sea Moss gel options contain the same amazing health benefits as the original?
A•Yes! The nutritional value and benefits comes from the Sea Moss and fruit. There are no added ingredients; only spring water, organic fruit and organic agave or organic honey. Fruit-infused options contain the same minerals found in the original Sea Moss...you just have a little less Sea Moss because of the addition of fruit. Either way, you're adding a TON of health benefits to your lifestyle!
Q• How Much Can I Use?
A• We recommend starting with a minimum of 2 TBS per day, everyday. Some of our customers use up to 4-6 tablespoons a day. It is important to remember that Sea Moss is a supplements and full of micronutrients, vitamins and minerals needed by the human body. Implement sea moss gel into your routine the same way you would a healthy supplement or vitamin.
Q• How Long Does it Last?
A• Sea Moss Gel Can last up to 3-4 weeks in a very cold Refrigerator. It Can last up to 1 year when frozen.
Q• How do I store my Sea Moss Gel?
A• You Can store your Sea Moss Gel in the jar you receive it in but remove the medal lid and replace it with a plastic lid or transfer it into any container you choose. You can also try scooping your Sea Moss Gel into ice trays and freezing. Use the frozen sea moss cube by dropping into your food, hot tea or blending into a smoothie.
Q• Can I consume Sea Moss Gel while Pregnant?
A• Many pregnant women consume Sea Moss Gel their entire pregnancy. Most doctors clear their pregnant patients to consume Sea Moss gel; however like with anything supplements, vitamin or new food, please seek clarification from your Doctor on the safety of Sea Moss Gel for both you and your baby.
Q• Can I take it while Breastfeeding?
A• Similar to the previous question, there are many benefits for lactating mothers; however ask
your doctor or Lactation Consultant for clarification.
